Right out of the box, make sure you prime the pump. The first few cleaning brews I did, there was no water coming out. The water flowed out of the water tank fine when pushing the spring stopper in manually, but not enough initially to fill the bottom of the reservoir on its own. I moved the water tank up and down watching the air bubbles go up and the bottom filled up with water. Once that water issue was solve, the preheat was quick and the espresso came out with nice crème. Typical operational noise for espresso machine.My major concern is the frother/steam wand is too close to the knob. You can burn your hand with the steam turning it off. Also, the 12oz pitcher that comes with it is too small and the foam rises up quickly. Try a 20 oz pitcher.I get that this is for home and is compact, but the skinny base makes it difficult to hold still while installing and removing the metal funnel with one hand. It’s very snug and the machine moves around easily. You will not be able to have cups sitting on top of the warmer, so that’s pretty much useless.Overall,Pros: nice to look at with the pressure gauge easy to brew with digital buttons espresso came out good Good machine for the priceCons: steam wand too close to knob Flimsy base due to compact design Hot water comes out in spurts through pump May need some manual help priming the pump. A little bit messy

I bought this one after using a Keurig Duo coffee maker. The difference is night and day. The same ground coffee taste much much better.The milk frother is amazing too. Great value!The only downside is that machine is very light and you have to hold it to screw the coffee in

Easy to use for a quick espresso coffee. Still getting use to the frothing capabilities for a cappuccino. Every now and again product gets to hot and I need to unplug the machine to allow it to cool off. For the most part it makes a great espresso coffee.

Great purchase I love espresso but not the price so decided to start making it at home. Works great for beginners like me. Water tank leaked at first but figured out I was just moving it around too much and haven’t had a problem since. Makes great espresso shots.

I purchased this espresso machine a month ago so far so good, I have nothing bad to say about it small and sturdy simple to use!I am happy with the thickness of the espresso I just need to purchase smaller cups since regular cups are a bit of big for this machine.

After cleaning everything, reading all instructions, I was very disappointed that to lock and unlock the filter requires more strength than I have. I had to ask my husband to do it, and it was hard for him too because while you try to lock it, the machine is too light, and it moves all over while you struggle to lock it. I currently make latte everyday with my 6cup manual espresso pot. I thought I’d treat myself to this machine, but I can’t lock and unlock it. Very disappointing. That’s why I gave it only 3 stars.
