PURCHASER –
I’ve had this machine for more than two years now and honestly don’t have any major complaints. Sure, the frother isn’t as easy as using a Nespresso one where you just press one button. Cleaning it isn’t a problem and it works just like other machines with a wand. It produces 3.5 bars of pressure, which seems correct. As long as you use the correct ratio of water to espresso (make sure your grounds are fine, very fine) then it tastes great. It doesn’t produce much crema but that’s also influenced by me using light roast espresso, which does not produce as much crema anyways. I believe I paid $35 (I think I had a giftcard? or a coupon?) for this machine and it has outlasted 2 of my other espresso machines. I will probably repurchase this because I’m not quite ready to dish out $500 yet for my dream espresso machine. Like the title said, this is the best value espresso machine especially for the price!

IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. SHE WANTED SOMETHING ELSE LIKE IT… AFTER INVESTIGATING WE FOUND THAT THIS WAS A BETTER DEAL FOR THE SAME PRICE AS OTHER ONE.I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT 5 STARS BUT WE AREN’T THE ONE USING IT DAILY.

It is my first time with an expresso maker this one seemed pretty easy. It did take reading the instructions twice before I was able to get a cup of espresso. After that it’s an easy process and I enjoy the coffee. It looks great on the counter as well!

This is a great little espresso machine as far as the coffee itself is concerned but with TWO MAJOR FLAWS. Honestly I was thrilled when I got this at Christmas and by default I use it every single day. I never even touch my Keurig anymore unless it’s an caffeine emergency. There are however two design flaws. The first is that it does not auto shut off and the dial with the light is on the side so chances are you’re not gonna remember to turn it off. The second flaw is the frother… It just doesn’t work. I had to get a handheld one. If I bought this myself I would have returned it and got something with some better features.
